All our goods are in excellent condition for sale. All jewellery pieces are first-hand and brand new, unless otherwise stated.

Price

All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. No discounts will be given except during promotions.

How to Order

Step 1: Enter the quantity number and click on Add to Cart button to select product.
Step 2: You will then be guided to a Shopping Bag page which shows you the item(s) you have selected.
Step 3: To continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button.
Step 4: Browse and repeat Step 1.
Step 5: To check out, click on the Checkout button.
Step 6: You will be guided to our online order form. Please fill in your details and select your delivery, payment and special packaging options. Click on the Submit button.
Step 7: You will then receive an email confirmation of your order and details of payment methods.
Step 8: Please make payment within 3 working days.
Step 9: Item will be shipped out using your selected delivery method within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

* Please note that as all Motifs products are handmade in limited quantities upon orders, there may be a slight delay in delivery. We seek your understanding in this.

Payment Methods

1. Bank transfers (UOB)
After order is recieved, an email with our account number will be sent to our customers to confirm order. Payments are to be made within 3 days. Orders will be processed and posted out upon receipt of payment.

     Bank transfers can be made using any of the 2 methods stated below:
     i) ATM transfers (only for UOB and OCBC account users)
     ii) Bank transfers using Internet banking (for all Banks)

* For inter-bank transfers, there might be a delay of up to 3 days to allow confirmation of transfer of funds. Once payment is confirmed to have been processed, items will be posted out.

** Please note that if payment is not recieved within 3 working days, order will be cancelled automatically. Should you encounter any problems, please inform us at main@ulteriormotifs.com.sg

2. Personal cheques
Details for this payment mode will be furnished to customers in their order confirmation email. Please note that there might be a slight delay in shipping as orders will only be processed and posted out after cheque has cleared.

3. Paypal
Details and email will be furnished to customers in their order confirmation email should they choose this payment method. All orders paid using Paypal will be invoiced in US Dollars. All SGD to USD conversions will be done at the point of receipt of orders, at the banks' prevailing rate. Customers will be notified of the actual amount in USD in their email confirmation slip. There will be an S$2 surcharge for each and every Paypal transaction as there is a transaction fee for every payment processed. For orders above S$100 , this surcharge is waived.
